Donna Mae Schut was born September 12, 1931, in Silver Creek Township (northeast of Silver Creek), Minnesota, to Charles and Josephine (Johnson) Rotsolk. She died on Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at Lake Ridge Care Center in Buffalo at the age of 83 years, 11 months, and 14 days.

Camella Mary Campbell, age 89, of Maple Lake, passed October 5, 2015. Survived by daughters, Bonita Schwartz, Sharon Gagnon, MaryJo Belisle and son, LeRoy Campbell; 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Donna Fuchs, Mabel, Doris and Norita DesMarais; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband of 66 years, Jim.
Visitation on Wednesday, 10/14/2015, St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, and 1 hour prior to 11 a.m. service, Maple Lake, MN.
Jac Como, infant son of Amber and Justin Como of Maple Lake, was born and died Oct. 2, 2015. A funeral service will be held privately.
He is survived by his parents, Amber and Justin; siblings, Jeremy, Aubrey, Avery and Addi. Jac is in heaven with his brother, AJ Como, who died in July 2012.

Marjorie Frances (Anderson) Veches, age 99 years and 10 months, of Monticello, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015, at CentraCare Health of Monticello. Visitation was Sunday, Nov. 8, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel, 250 East Broadway, Monticello. Further visitation one hour prior to the funeral at the church on Monday. Funeral services were Monday, Nov. 9, at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 449 West Broadway, Monticello. Rev. Sherri Sandoz officiated. Interment at Riverside Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are with the Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello.

Mass of Christian Burial was held 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 23, at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Maple Lake with Fr. Martin Shallbetter as the Celebrant. Burial was at 10:05 a.m. Tuesday at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, assembly area 1. Visitation was from 3-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday, both at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake. A prayer service was held at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral chapel.

Bernard “Bud” Garthe, age 62, of Annandale died, Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at his home.
Funeral services were held 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 7, at Kingston Apostolic Lutheran Church in Kingston with Pastor Orval Wirkkala officiating. Burial will followed at Kingston Apostolic Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation was from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Monday at the church. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.
Bernard Rudolph Garthe was born May 20, 1953, in Brainerd to Bernard Sr. and Violet (Starkka) Garthe. Bud’s father died prior to his birth. Violet married Russell Huro and the family moved to Minneapolis. In 1963, they moved to Annandale. Bud graduated from Annandale High School with the Class of 1971. He founded Bernatello’s Pizza in Norwood; the business later moved to Maple Lake. Bud also owned and operated numerous bars and restaurants. He enjoyed old westerns, going out to breakfast to read the paper, and spending time outdoors. He had a good spirit that will be missed.
Bud is survived by his three children, John (Tammy) of Maple Lake, Carrie of Annandale and Mike (significant other, Tracy Stueven) of Annandale; granddaughter, Danielle Garthe; and brother, Dale “Vada” Huro of Annandale. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bernard Garthe, Russell Huro and Violet Huro.
Erma F. Jude, age 92, of Maple Lake died Saturday, December 12, 2015, at Park View Care Center in Buffalo.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 17, at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Maple Lake with Fr. John Meyer as the Celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Timothy Catholic Cemetery in Maple Lake. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday, both at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Maple Lake. A prayer service will be held 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral chapel.

Gayle M. Finstad, age 64, of Maple Lake, died December 14, 2015, at her home.
A private memorial will be held. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.
Gayle Marie Finstad was born October 15, 1951, in Minneapolis to Morris and Frances (Arnell) Finstad. She graduated from Maple Lake High School. Gayle worked for many years at Starkey Hearing Technologies.
She is survived by her sister, Lori (Mickey) Jones of Champlin; brother, Donald (Brenda) Finstad of Annandale; niece, Kimberly Jones; and nephews, Jeromy Jones and Jesse Swanson. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bradley, John and Dave Finstad; and sister, Sue Jean Finstad.
Cole J. Jenkins, age 27, of Buffalo died Monday, December 21, 2015, as a result of an auto accident.
Memorial services were held Tuesday, December 29, at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake, with Pastor Luke Baehr officiating.
Cole Joseph Jenkins was born April 19, 1988, in St. Louis Park. He graduated from Maple Lake High School with the Class of 2006 and continued his education at St. Cloud State University. Cole worked as an electrical engineer at Suburban Manufacturing in Monticello. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, four wheeling, snowmobiling and playing the guitar. Cole was very handy; he could break or fix just about anything. He had a heart of gold and he could bring a smile to anyone’s face.
He is survived by his mother, Jeanne Jenkins of Belle Plaine; stepfather, Kurt Dubbin of Buffalo; grandparents, Marcella Dubbin, Deborah Fowler, John Welter and Theresa Wandersee; a half-sister and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Norinne Jenkins and Gerald Dubbin.
